At BabyLuv.Store, each item is made just for you through our printing partner. Because of this, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. We want you to love your order, so please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

✅ Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order:

• Arrives damaged

• Has a printing defect

• Is the wrong item

To process a claim, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

• Change of mind after purchase

If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll work with our print partner to resolve it.
